This policy explains what information Retake Plan collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it so that you can read it in five minutes.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your exam score report, licence number, Social Security number or any government identifier.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only for the purposes above:
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, the European Union and Ukraine. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the provider's standard contractual protections.
We may use the Meta Pixel, the Google Ads tag, the Reddit Pixel and the TikTok Pixel. They set cookies and send information about your visit to those companies so we can tell which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases, and so they can show our ads to people likely to find them useful. Under some US state laws, including California's, this can count as "sharing" personal information for advertising.
You can opt out in three ways:
Where the law requires your consent before advertising cookies are set, we ask for it first.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in every email.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
You also have the right to data portability, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We process your information to perform our contract with you (delivering what you bought), based on your consent (marketing emails, advertising cookies where required), and based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@retakeplan.com from the address you used with us. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.
Retake Plan is intended for adults preparing for a professional licensing exam. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, tell you by email.
