No guarantee of passing. Retake Plan is study material. We do not promise that you will pass any exam, and your result depends on many things we do not control.
A one-time purchase gives you access to the Retake Plan practice question bank: exam-style questions with explanations, section drills, full timed mock exams and the state law modules listed on the purchase page. The Plus option also includes the Trap Map, a drill of commonly confused terms. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Your access lasts at least 12 months from the date of purchase.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own exam preparation. You may not:

Retake Plan is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any state department of insurance, the NAIC, Pearson VUE, PSI, Prometric or any insurance company. Exam names are used only to describe what the material covers.
Our questions are original. They are written to the content outlines that exam providers publish; they are not real exam questions, which are confidential.
We base our material on published outlines and statutes and review it for accuracy, but laws, rules and exam outlines change and mistakes can happen. The material is not legal advice. Always check the current candidate handbook for your state. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, and any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, even if you have already used the product. See the refund policy for details.
If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, which ends once you start using it. Our refund policy is more generous: it applies for 14 days whether or not you have started.
All questions, explanations, text and design on the site belong to us or to the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright.
The site and product are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam fees, lost income or lost opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
We may improve or change the product and update these terms. If a change to the terms materially affects you, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email. We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law], without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
